Donation Rules and Regulations:
1. Donations are given freely to Strathmore Disc Golf Club with no guarantee of any benefit or award.
2. In the event that Strathmore Disc Golf Club holds a Free Prize Giveaway, donors will be notified by Strathmore Disc Golf Club.
3. Free Prize Giveaway Eligibility:
- Any donation recognized as a sponsor and given advertising for their sponsorship will not be eligible for the Free Prize Giveaway.
- Those sponsors may give another donation freely that will be eligible.
- Any donation given by a person attending the tournament either as a player or spectator over the age of 18 will be eligible.
- Up to 3 giveaways may occur at one tournament event
- The first two giveaways will be for the first 200 donors of at least $20 CAN, divided into two equal groups of 100.
- All donors will be given a gift from the Strathmore Disc Golf Club in recognition of their donation. The value of each gift may not be equal.
- Any donors not in the first 200 who donate at least $5 CAN will be given a gift from the Strathmore Disc Golf Club in
recognition of their donation. The value of each gift may not be equal.
- Any donor must be present to receive their gift or it will be given to another present donor.

Here's how this looks in practice:
- Sponsors don't get credit for donations as they have received advertising in exchange already.
- Donors of $20 or more will write their name down on a list and sign that they have read and understand the rules of their donation.
- There will be 25 gifts of more than $20 in value given to each of the first two groups of 100 donors.
- Any donor that does not receive a gift of over $20 in value will be given a set of 4 sequential numbers to add their names to the eligible donors of the 3rd Free Prize Giveaway.
- All donors of at least $5 will be eligible in the third Free Prize Giveaway and will write their name on the list in the next open spot. Donations of more than $5 will allow to write their name more than once, in sequential order, for every $5 increment. For example, a $5 donation lets them write their name once, $7 once, $10 twice, $13 twice, $15 thrice, etc.
- The third Free Prize Giveaway will only occur if we have enough donors for the first two giveaways.
